Top Three Out-of-the-Ordinary Menu Suggestions

Are you a creature of habit when it comes to ordering in restaurants? It’s such an easy pattern to fall into but sometimes it’s nice to step out of the box and order something out of the ordinary. Our expert servers are always ready to help with recommendations and here are some of their top ideas.

1. Spice it up with Gong Bao

Gong Bao (aka Kung Pao) is a classic Sichuan stir-fry dish with peanuts and hot peppers in a SPICY soy, ginger and garlic sauce. At Bo Lings we offer a choice of chicken, sliced beef or jumbo Gulf shrimp and scallops.

2. Ginger and Garlic Shrimp

If you love sweet and spicy you will LOVE this dish! Lightly battered jumbo Gulf shrimp are tossed in the perfect combination of ginger, garlic and chili in a light and sweet tomato-based sauce.

3. Moo Shu

Moo Shu is one of our signature dishes, and is definitely a MUST try. Sliced chicken, pork or shrimp is stir-fried with cabbage, wood ear mushrooms, green onion, egg and vermicelli then spooned onto thin, homemade pancakes smeared with hoisin sauce. Tuck in one of the ends, roll and enjoy eating by hand. Not sure about your rolling skills? No problem – we will do it for you!
