Rebecca Clark, daughter of Bo Lings’ founders Theresa and Richard Ng, will “Touch Your Heart” with her explanation of the Cantonese tradition known as Dim Sum. See the chefs hard at work creating these hand-crafted delicacies served by experts roaming the room displaying carts loaded full of a variety of small plates.
