It’s National Noodle Month!

Do you know the origin of noodles? The earliest record dates back to the Han Dynasty in China during 2nd century BC. Unleavened dough is mainly made from wheat or rice and is rolled, cut, stretched, kneaded, banged, flicked from a chopstick (true!), shaved, peeled or hand-pulled.
